On February 10, 2026, a database related to the Colisprive.fr website was found circulating the web. The potential data leak reportedly occurred in November 2025. Over 12 million email addresses were exposed, together with personal and location data. Leaked records include address, first name, last name, phone number and Parent email address. Another Disappointing Experience

A few days ago, I left a review explaining that this company failed to deliver two of my orders. Unfortunately, I am now writing another review because I have experienced yet another issue.
My parcel was marked as “refused,” which is completely false. I did not refuse any delivery, and no one even contacted me.
This is now a repeated pattern of poor service, incorrect tracking updates, and lack of communication. It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I really do not know why companies send the parcel with them.

Useless service

Hopeless service this is the second time this has happened they said they had visited but they hadn’t I had stayed in all morning to receive a package then a message appeared saying they had tried to deliver …..absolute BS so I had to go to a delivery point where again they had not delivered it ! Useless customer service ! Unfortunately DHL had handed it over to these clowns , last time I use either DJL or Colin’s Prive.

Delivery problems

I had a package. They "failed" delivery 3 times. And i even contacted the seller that i always have issues with this company before even delivery was attempted make sure things are done and told them i will be at home waiting, saw them just drive past not even stop and put failed delivery 2 times
, then i asked the seller to change to the pick up point which they did and it showed in the website on tracking and it failed even that. The pick up point was open i checked. Ive tried contacting them and no answer. I hate doing this but there are always issues with this company and i dont understand how big companies still work with them, as i have issues with them every single time, but not being able to deliver to their own pick up point it is just crazy to fail again.

Package never arrived

Package never came!

Stayed home three days waiting on my package to be delivered!

I keep receiving emails and SMS informing that it couldn't be delivered. I contacted the help center, but it takes 2 to 7 days for a claim to be processed. It's scandalous!
