friends, if I can give you one piece of advice for those of you who are new to work, or are about to enter the workforce, especially if you have any sort of office job:
Do not work on your days off.
“But–”
DO NOT WORK ON YOUR DAYS OFF.
Do not work on your breaks
Do not “answer a few emails” on your vacation
Do not work off the clock
Doing this doesn’t reward you with more money or whatever. It rewards you with more work.

BOTH WRONG, he is a fucked up uncle who suddenly has to take care of her because her dad took off for milk and cigarettes and this arrangement is stressing them BOTH out, ty for coming to my Ted Talk
One of my other favourite kevin and gwen moments, is when he gets his plumber badge taken away from him, and then he opens to both gwen and ben about his dad, and she tried to cheer him up by bringing him a bunch of materials so he can turn instantly into it but then he patiently explained to her how his powers actually work, and just the way they both would have either gotten angry at each other if they were any other cartoon couple, but they actually communicated through it and the way gwen respected his boundaries about his dad even though she was probably still curious, i also liked how he did not take out his anger on her (that’s ben’s job) and idk why but i always find the the way he absorbed her skin to be so cute.
And also before this he admitted that why he agreed to help them was because a) his dad was a plumber and he wanted to be a plumber as well and b) because he liked gwen.
