i have noticed that i like being vulnerable on internet but not too vulnerable #mynuancedvulnerability

There’s a character who’s a bully but later you find out they’re actually being abused by their family. Your sympathy for them will immediately grow. But if you introduce this character as someone who’s abused by their family, and later reveals that they’ve been bullying people, you will be the very least shocked and your sympathy for them might go down or even disappear. Even though ultimately they do the same things and go through the same character arc

This is why tsunderes have it figured out. If you let your good or tragic parts be the unexpected part of you, people will memorize your goodness more. But if you show yourself as a good person first and let your bad parts be the unexpected “hidden” parts of you people will remember that more clearly as well

So I’ve said this before and I’ll say this again: when I woke up I briefly saw a corpse laying besides me facing me but instead of being scared all I felt was a deep sense of sadness

this year since it's 2026, and the end of the five year plan, every time we would say "im gonna kms" we should instead say "i am starting a podcast"

If you ever did something bad you might as well just die and hope to be reborn as an innocent child and not do bad things in your new life because your old one cannot be redeemed no matter what. No matter what. <- how people treat others online and irl to be completely honest

Goodness my cat is obnoxiously cute and I feel like she knows. Whenever I stare at her for a short while she goes “mrrrm” and tilts her head up so I will give her chin scratches
