Hex was around witch hunting times and was a victim of a witch trial. Whether she was or wasn’t an actual witch at the moment of her execution is unclear. Now, however, she is very much is.
At first, she came back to “life” and rampaged the town she was trialed in and terrorized different towns for decades. At some point monster hunters had captured and sealed her in an amulet.
In about a decade away from modern age the amulet was discovered and placed in a museum. One night some robbers accidentally released Hex, while trying to steal the amulet she was trapped in. Now awoken, Hex was still very angered and began rampaging once again, before she was subdued and placed in Phoenix Program a decade after.
Her crimes include: Kidnapping via body possession, hostage-taking via body possession, vandalism, destruction of government property, aggravated assault, second degree murder.

Well, after getting into this fandom for a while, I guess now I have my dispatch OC. The Repthai, a shapeshifter who always spreads joy and smiles to his new team. I think he’ll enjoy hanging out with Golem and singing something off-key together with Flambae just for fun.
