Student plan
This plan is for you if… you’re a student and you can prove.

The Team plan comes with an admin dashboard that gives the owner an overview of all the downloads and licenses. You can also scale and change the number of members at any time.

The Team plan is cheaper per member than buying the Individual plan multiple times, plus you get an admin dashboard. It costs just over $10/month per member, with the annual plan being 50% cheaper than monthly.
In the EU, the yearly plan costs 14.50€ and the monthly plan 29€. The UK customers also see prices in EUR. Currently, Envato supports payments in USD and EUR only, with all other currencies being converted.
Does Envato offer refunds?
Like most digital content providers, Envato rarely gives refunds unless they must do so by law. If you need to ask for your money back, here’s how:
- Open a help request.
- Select My subscription from the dropdown menu.
- Fill out the form.
To improve your chances, be polite and explain your situation clearly. Envato usually responds within a few days.
Envato looks at each refund request on its own, but they often say no in common cases. These include changing your mind, subscribing by accident, not liking the content, lacking skills to use items, or when items you wanted were removed. If you’ve downloaded anything on an annual plan, you won’t get a partial refund.
You can always cancel your subscription instead. This lets you keep using Envato until your current billing period ends.
When Envato approves a refund, they’ll send the payment back to your original payment method. They use the same currency you paid with (US Dollars or Euros). Remember that your bank might charge you for currency conversion costs.
