Moth Man" or "Mofman" is a cryptid creature, an American urban legend, supposedly repeatedly observed in Point Pleasant (West Virginia) in the 1960s. The first newspaper article, dated November 16, 1966, was titled " A couple saw a bird... or a creature... or something the size of a man."
