maybe I’ll talk to him tmrw or smthn bout it and explain to him that if I can’t verbally reciprocate those feelings, it doesn’t mean I don’t feel them, I just can’t communicate them well
It might help to write down the points you know you want to cover first!! I know I do that when I'm talking about something that makes me anxious or I feel strongly about because I dont want to lose my talking points.
