ThaPoet is an 8-time 1st Place winner and 2020 Cypher Participant that is constantly using his poetry to uplift his listeners, his daughter, and his community. Without giving too much away, we can say that ThaPoet is on a different level when it comes to grass roots promo and face-to-face connections with the people. The daily work that ThaPoet puts in showcases a level of Hussle that we haven't seen yet. The doc kicks off with an introduction interview and we get to watch him record the verse that got him his 6th win. Its followed by a demonstration of how he gets his votes, earns an income, and helps his community all in one. Finally, to close out the documentary, we dive deeper into ThaPoet's personal life and roll with him to scoop his daughter from school and hit the studio for some exclusive music. See less
