Paul and Lotte, in particular, are getting on Christian's nerves with their petty squabbles. A ray of hope, however, is Lotte, who confides an intimate secret in him. In the middle of this already tense situation in the villa, the police suddenly arrive. Tanja has been reported for allegedly advertising and providing information about abortions. Investigators find brochures in the practice, the origins of which none of the practice members can explain. Is the Cemicron cult behind it? When Nora calls Christian, distraught, nothing can keep him on the couch. Upon arriving at the practice, he learns that the police are actually investigating the complaint and a given initial suspicion. This puts Tanja's license to practice medicine in grave jeopardy. Tanja herself has to inform a patient that she is HIV positive. Despite Tanja's emphatic advice, the woman refuses to tell her partner. Too much is at stake: the opening of a new travel agency and the fear of being abandoned by her partner. Tanja and Christian try everything to persuade the woman to talk to her partner. But due to confidentiality, their hands are tied. Good advice is expensive... At the same time, Christian is preoccupied with the suffering of a ten-year-old boy. Kilian Gruber has been suffering from extreme fevers for years and has already been through a veritable odyssey of pediatricians' offices. Without any concrete results. Although Christian is not a pediatrician, he takes the boy under his wing. His tests also initially yield no positive results, until he comes up with an idea that initially seems absurd.
