Fun fact! Did you know the Chinese theater release had its own posters?!
too much emphasis on "finding your art style" and not enough on the subject of the art, the themes you want to explore etc
I think the problem with discussions of art style is that art style can refer to two very distinct things, but they get lumped together in a way that is deeply unhelpful.
There's art style that is an active CHOICE like doing something in an anime style or a painterly style or an impressionist style or whatever.
But then there's art style that is unique to every artist and is made up of all the weird little quirks you've picked up over the years like the exact way you draw eyes or the proportions you use or the way you blend your brush strokes. It's usually a much less active choice, it just happens slowly and continues to evolve as you go.
These two things would probably benefit from different terms, but here we are.
Your art is as lovely as a Flower Garden, can we get chubby Miku at the beach?

puppy want a treat?
puppy want a fucking break from it all

Everything I don't understand is evidence of societal degeneration and all of my hobbies are the lynchpin to the moral fabric of civilization.
Toys I don't like are a literal metaphysical disease infecting reality, and toys I do like are edifices to my inherent moral righteousness.
