Tape in the boombox
Knee-high white socks
Cornered in the gulag
Jabbed full of Clorox
Grabbed in the meltdown
Full-time downtown
Part-time psycho
Full-time get down
Get to the show
Do what we know
Get yourself ready
Let’s go, let’s go
Living in shambles hard to handle
Light the candle
Dodge the scandal
Con the conman
Kiss the boogeyman
Cause, we’re gonna live forever
Yes, we're gonna live forever
Everybody pushed up
Oxblood moonstomp
Give Em’ The Boot comp
Lime green mohawk
Standing at the front line
Running through the stop signs
Making a lot of headlines
Disrupt timeline
Get to the show
Do what we know
Get yourself ready
Let’s go, let’s go
Living in shambles
Hard to handle
Light the candle
Dodge the scandal

Kiss the boogeyman

Yes, we're gonna live forever
Right
Get to the show

Descendants are just an amazingly good band, the first time I heard them was when I bought the Liveage LP way back in 1987 (I think) but at the time I was mostly into more hardcore stuff, I was heavily into the American Hardcore bands, I think it was through listening to All that got me interested in Descendants!
I've never liked the term, Pop Punk, and hated a lot of the bands that emerged in the 90's, that were labelled as such! Descendants are a melodic Punk band!!! Not Pop! Jake
NOFX only get better. I will fight anyone on this.
And that Big Drag music video? HOLY SHIT!?!?!?
That was maybe the best cartoon version of reincarnation that I haver ever seen.
Much love to Fat, NOFX and the whole crew.

Pure melodic hardcore perfection from this California band; sing-along-filled showdowns for fans of Fury, Fiddlehead, and Militarie Gunn. Bandcamp New & Notable Nov 27, 2025
That album felt like coming home after a long time away but still being proud of everything I'd seen while I was gone. One minute and twenty seven seconds into "Kenver" feels like the culmination of everything I've loved about this band since I was a kid. It feels like the best parts of freedom I've felt on the best nights of my life. Scott
