Sometimes, you should also just eliminate two or three:
"Why is that?", she asked.
"Well, too many tags clutter up the dialogue, don't they?"
"Ah... That makes sense," she nodded. "Thank you!"
"No worries. While we're on the topic, don't be afraid to keep the tags simple when you do use them—not everything has to sound like your character swallowed a thesaurus."
In contrast:

"Well, too many tags clutter up the dialogue, don't they?" she sighed.
"Ah... That makes sense," she nodded. "Thank you!" she breathed.
"No worries", she murmured. "While we're on the topic," she added, "don't be afraid to keep the tags simple when you do use them," she ruminated. "Not everything has to sound like your character swallowed a thesaurus," she teased.
There is such a fine line between “you are likely not going to be informed on every issue and being forced to make your stance known on a topic you are ill-informed on and struggling with that does not make you a bad person” and “here is your permission to be ignorant and indifferent to a topic that has seeped tremendously into the public consciousness, granted by a person who constantly talks about and lies about said topic” and I do think it is maybe like a bad sign for nuance enjoyers that the most popular posts saying the first part are written by blogs that are not even subtly bigots and liars.
Gee I sure hope all their other most popular posts aren’t insisting antizionists are antisemites and that every bad piece of news out of palestine is antisemitic lies and that anyone with a negative view of israel has been fed lies and that Palestinian death statistics are lies and and and
How quickly “it’s okay to not know” becomes “please don’t look into it otherwise my propaganda falls apart”
the sunk cost fallacy has been my favorite fallacy for as long as I can remember. so at this point it's probably too late to pick a different one
I just heard about the recency bias, and honestly I think it's gotta be the best one ever
