STOP! Police! Maserati MCURA Carabinieri, 2025. A specially outfitted Maserati supercar gifted to Italy's Carabinieri police force, not for chases, but for vital, high-speed transport of donated organs and blood. It features a temperature-controlled cargo area, emergency lights, and a unique livery to save lives in critical medical emergencies.

STOP! Police! Nissan Silvia Highway Patrol Car, 1965. The first generation (CSP311) Silvia was used by the Japanese highway patrol as the country's first high-performance police car. Only a handful were acquired for this purpose, primarily by the Tokyo Metropolitan and Kanagawa Prefectural Police Departments. It was chosen because it was one of the fastest Japanese production car available at the time, capable of a top speed of 165 km/h (103 mph), and featured front disc brakes, which provided superior stopping power.

STOP! Police! Stealth Ford Police Interceptor Sedan Concept, 2010. A customised, undercover version of the Ford Taurus-based Police Interceptor presented at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas. Designed by Melvin Betancourt, the concept was heavily inspired by the SR-71 Blackbird reconnaissance aircraft, aiming to blend extreme performance with a "there, but not there" aesthetic of concealment. It was powered by a 365hp 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged EcoBoost V6 engine paired with an all-wheel-drive system. Lowered by three inches compared to the standard interceptor to create an aggressive, ground-hugging profile, it featured 22-inch staggered wheels.

STOP! Police! Lamborghini Gallardo Polizia, 2004. Two specially equipped Gallardo V10 supercars were donated to the Italian State Police in May 2004. The cars were fitted with a full array of law enforcement and medical equipment and were used for traffic patrols and for high-speed transport of human organs. They were in service for four years on the Salerno-Reggio Calabria autostrada in southern Italy, each clocking up around 140,000km before they were replaced.
