yknow what @fandomwave is right.

although i think hed carry around cloves of garlic in some way for their medicinal value (lung damage from smoke causing potential asthma makes a good case for him to have it as it is an anti-inflammatory similar to ginger), there is No Way hes biting into an unpeeled head of garlic like that.

#i think they were considered some form of sweets at the time?#i could be wrong a lot of my culinary knowledge regarding Ancient Egypt comes from the Ptolemaic and Roman periods im sorry =m=#but i absolutely see him grabbing fistfuls of the things at markets#theyre a surprisingly hardy fruit#and quite versatile too#also can be easily preserved and dried. sun-dried figs are a personal favorite actually#i imagine TKB has a whole stash of dried fruits like that#theyre easy to make esp in such direct heat like hed get in whatever encampment he set up for himself#same thing with meats. this mf probably steals entire slabs of whatever is most convenient and dries them into jerky himself#or he preserves some of it in salt#sorry for the long rant lmao#yugioh#thief king bakura#actually good meta stuff#prevs tagged

the evil amulet is a classic but have we considered The Good Amulet . villain who switches sides because they put on The Amulet That Makes You Good and fell too deeply under its spell to ever take it back off and the heroes are trying to figure out how they feel about that ethics-wise
