大きなユリウス日を救える場合がある、ということです。
実際そういう事で書いてありますが、今現在は制限がキツくしているので
intが32bit分あれば大丈夫になっています。
年をlongで受けているのは別に理由があったからですが、それは直せばいいとだと思います。
