Staring at the mirror and dozing off,
And I saw myself, and I didn't recognize me.
The voices were too loud and my will was broken.
Hurt was all I knew and darkness took hold.
The voices continued, screaming at me with an incessant screeching,
And suddenly it was all silence and darkness...
I was split, torn between change and living the same day over and over.
One was terrifying, the other broke me even more.
And I saw the void again... Truth, or so I thought.
But there was also light, but as bright as it felt, something was still wrong.
Everything felt so cyclical, round and around again, falling into the whirlpool... again... Dark.
