At RSCCM, we believe most conflicts can be resolved through respectful, guided dialogue—with a neutral, trained mediator at your side. Whether you’re dealing with a family dispute, neighbor disagreement, workplace conflict, or school-related issue, our mediation services are confidential, voluntary, and designed to help you move forward.
How It Works

We’ll contact you within 1-2 business days to discuss next steps.
3.
If all parties agree, we’ll schedule a mediation session—either in person or virtually.
⚠️ Important: Mediation is not suitable for emergencies. If immediate harm or safety is a concern, please call 911 or consult legal authorities.
Before You Begin
- You must be 18 years or older to submit this request.
- Participation is entirely voluntary; all parties must agree to mediation.
- All information submitted will be kept strictly confidential and used only to initiate the process.
