I absolutely LOVE my new dining set. The quality is amazing and looks at least 2-3 times the actual price. My dining set really upgraded my home.
I purchased the Dwen & Mia Black table w/4 green velvet chairs and am so happy I did. I usually have to physically see and touch the item prior to purchase, but I took a chance after looking at the photos and customer reviews. The set is space saving, comfortable and elegant. Thank you.
I’ll start with the bad, I know the material of this table won’t hold up. I wish the top had a polyurethane finish (or a resin topper) to avoid scratches, chips & water stains. Other than that, it’s beautiful & the chairs are comfortable.
I saw an add on Facebook for the Dwen & Mia table and chairs set. I never heard of Pop Maison, so I was a little skeptical and didn't want to get scammed. I did a little research and discovered it's run by 6 women. I looked the company up on Instagram and everything checked out.
The price for the set was so affordable! The table is a generous 46". The chairs have ample seat room. The backs reach about mid-back, which is different but not in a bad way. The chairs tuck nicely under the table. The green chairs are a nice deep green, the seats are thick with padding. The fabric feels luxurious.
I ordered black matte pleather placemats that complement the matte finish on the table. The table top is heavy, has faux wood grain finish. It is impossible to tip the table by leaning on it. The base appears to be a heavy fiberglass covered in paperboard (how else do you cover a cylindrical shape?).
The shipment came in 4 large boxes. I ordered on a Sunday afternoon and I had my delivery in less than 2 days!!! Everything was packed thoughtfully, securely and carefully. I only had trouble finding room in my recycling/ trash for all the cardboard and foam padding.
Overall, I'm impressed and glad to have stumbled upon Pop Maison!
The round shape makes our small dining area feel more open. Chairs slide under the table neatly when not in use. Comfortable for family dinners.
