more for the Jockey AU because honestly i have way too many ideas

this AU mostly focuses on two separate rival stables: Kaiba vs Ishtar.

The current Ishtar champion lineup features three gods colts: Obelisk, Slifer, and Ra (pictured on the left column). Their main jockeys are Marik and Atem. Their colors are royal purple and gold.

Kaiba covets both Obelisk and Atem after they win against his stable in a match race. Atem will become a jockey for him alongside Yugi when his contract is bought.

Kaiba’s champions are the filly White Dragon (his pride and joy) and Dark Magician, who Atem will eventually jockey. Their colors are deep blue and light blue.

More for the Jockey AU. Race days can be a headache when you’re a mean princess horse.

Had ideas i wanted to get down but mostly lost steam, so decided to take one of the sketches and throw some colors on it. :)

As stated in part one, Yugi is a jockey. He’s contracted to work for Kaiba’s stable where he quickly becomes the only jockey the fractious White Dragon will allow to ride. Joey works as a stable hand/groom and is usually paired with White Dragon because both Kaiba and his prized filly dislike the loudmouthed groom. Of course, White Dragon has now refused other grooms. Joey is her favorite bite target, but she is the only one that gets to bite him, got that?

Jockey AU! featuring Puzzleshipping because I AM that predictable.

also featuring: Blue Eyes and Dark Magician as horses, rivals-to-lovers romance, and Kaiba’s constant headache. He loves his White Dragon, but dislikes her rider, who just so happens to be the only rider she accepts, ha! Eat your heart out, Kaiba.

this AU is niche af but sometimes a girl has just got to combine her OTP with her love of equestrian so.

Go, Blue Eyes White Dragon! White Lightning Attack!

I am probably not the first Puppyshipper to think of this, nor be in love with the idea of the Blue Eyes taking orders from Joey to save Kaiba, but damn it was fun to draw! and this sketch turned out EXACTLY as I wanted it to ;3; a miracle ;3;

too tired to color, too in love with the lines… maybe someone stronger than me will color it for me XD <3 (just tag me so i can see it pls and thx)

first time drawing Blue Eyes (she is so SHAPES) as well as Kaiba (as a human at least), and of course he’s being a damsel in distress. no one can stop me bahahaha
