REMODELING AGREEMENT

A. Scope of Services

The Client hereby engages the Contractor(s) to provide comprehensive remodeling services, hereinafter referred to as the “Services” as detailed below, alongside their person(s)-in-charge:

  • Natalia Romanova, Lead Interior Designer — develop concept and space plans of the Residence, project manage and provide drawings for relevant Contractor(s)
  • Steve Rogers, Head of Carpentry —  designing and installing custom cabinets and/or built-in furniture for bedrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms
  • James Barnes, Senior Plumbing Technician — evaluating current plumbing systems prior to further installation or modification to fit the Client’s requests
  • Samuel Wilson, M&E Engineer — planning and executing the installation and management of mechanical (HVAC) and electrical systems in the Residence

B. Progressive Payment Scheme

  • A down payment of 50% is required upon signing this contract.
  • The remaining amount may be paid upon satisfactory completion and rectifications of all works.
  • Alternate payment methods may be arranged with the above Contractor(s).

I imagine Cosa Nostra takes place in a timeline separate to The Batman, but it’s interesting to think about how much worse Reader would have it if Sofia left and she was completely isolated…

With that in mind Carmine would keep up the affair for as long as possible, especially if Reader/Alberto live in the mansion whilst they’re married. It’s honestly a death sentence and the only way I could see it ending is if Reader got pregnant with a grandchild 😭 I’ve brainstormed a small drabble for what happened after the events of the fic which includes her telling Alberto, and whilst he feels bad he can’t really accept it because he sees his dad in a positive/neutral light

I can see why you’d think he’d kill Reader but he wouldn’t! If it got to that extreme point then he’s not above having her whacked/making it look like an accident but otherwise no —- Reader does make Alberto better and he’s smart enough to keep that in his life for his image. That boy would OD fr without her ! 😭
