LMAOO a lot of ppl hc he does know & use sign language but he doesn’t use it in jjk bc most of the others don’t know it and it’s not convenient in battle. so I think if you follow that then you could learn it and it would mean a lot to him maybe? no pressure ofc. but either way I find it really quite emotional that the inumaki household in general likely doesn’t speak much, so they have to find other ways to show love.. it’s in the way food is made and in small, warm touches. to cup someone’s face, to sit next to them and lean your weight. he teases you because he finds your reaction cute, kind of like a little bunny stomp thump <3 but he always makes it up to you, soothes the ache by having your back to his chest and holding you tight

i do think suguru is sooooo good with an ace partner. btw. just so you’re aware. or really anyone who has a complicated relationship with sex whether that means they can’t have it or don’t want to have it or do want to but can’t get their bodies to feel safe enough to have it, etc etc etc. he’s almost always in the mood when you are but what suguru likes most about sex is simply getting to see you vulnerable / feeling close to you; and there are plenty other ways to do that. no pressure to do anything, no rushing it until you’re ready, even if you never are. he’s very gentle, guiding and coaxing if you’re struggling due to fear, body issues, trauma or anything like that. guy who is a pervert about you yes but also really really loves you and wants you to feel safe around him.
