Prizes: The winner of the GPD Open will take home the $10 first prize and 1 hour of coaching from a top SEA GM coach
Top 4 players qualify for the monthly $50 GPD cup, sponsored by team dGG. Wildcard spots can also be earned.
The top 8 players from this event shall qualify for the Masters Cup on 01/07/12 and the chance to win the min $75 1st prize, $20 2nd, and $10 3rd for that event. Wildcard qualifying spots may also be given for impressive play outside of the top 8.

The first map of each round is pre-determined and outlined in the following list. The losing player will decide the subsequent map. The map pool is as follows:

Ro64: GSL Antiga Shipyard (B01 no 2nd game)
Ro32: Entombed Valley LE (B01 no 2nd game)
Ro16: Cloud Kingdom LE (B01 no 2nd game)
Ro8: MLG Shakuras Plateau (B03)
Semi-Finals: Ohana LE (B03)
Finals: GSL Daybreak (B05)

Loser can pick from any the following maps:

Cloud Kingdom LE, Ohana LE, Metalopolis, MLG Shakuras Plateau, Tal'Darim Altar LE, Korhal Compound LE, Entombed Valley LE, GSL Antiga Shipyard, GSL Daybreak

For B03 and B05 each player can have 1 veto
