Prizes: The winner of the GPD Open will take home the $10 first prize and 1 hour of coaching from a top SEA GM coach
The top 8 players from this event shall qualify for the Masters Cup on 26/08/12 and the chance to win the min $75 1st prize, $20 2nd, and $10 3rd for that event. Wildcard qualifying spots may also be given for impressive play outside of the top 8.

The first map of each round is pre-determined and outlined in the following list. The losing player will decide the subsequent map. The map pool is as follows:

Ro64: WCS Entombed Valley (B01 no 2nd game)
Ro32: WCS Daybreak (B01 no 2nd game)
Ro16: WCS Cloud Kingdom (B01 no 2nd game)
Ro8: WCS Antiga Shipyard (B03)
Semi-Finals: WCS Shakuras Plateau(B03)
Finals: WCS Ohana (B05)

Loser can pick from any the following maps:

WCS Daybreak, WCS Cloud Kingdom, WCS Ohana, WCS Shakuras Plateau, WCS Tal'Darim Altar LE, WCS Entombed Valley, WCS Antiga Shipyard

For B03 and B05 each player can have 1 veto
