0:53 to 0:59…..Harry reaching for Dolores. Cuts to Harry clinging on to Jean as the darkness threatens to swallow him. It does. The last frame of Jean with the composition emphasising Jean being alone as the song goes "…and I can't bring you home". You are soooo sick and twisted for this asjgkljklk.

2:07 is just. A beautiful frame. I love the way you draw Harry's expressions.

2:50 to 2:54 is perfectly coordinated with each beat of the music. Seeing Harry rise from the sludge, the camera unstable and unfocused, the sludge clinging onto him – growing on him, covering his eyes and mouth….

and then 3:03 happens and it is dazzingly bright and the darkness is forgotten because Kim is here. The visuals alone are stunning but coordinating the sequence with "never let a bad thing happen to you, now goodnight I love you…" is DIABOLICAL. And again: love the way Harry is drawn in 3:10 it's a gorgeous frame and it's followed by Kim smiling and leaving and the lighting makes him look ephemeral and dreamlike and that damned smile with the corner of his mouth curling ever so slightly aghdhglk normal I'm normal!! 3:03 to 3:11 is another brilliant sequence in an animatic with so many good sequences.

Speaking of??? The overall composition and colours and how every character is drawn distinctly and lovingly and how every second fits the song perfectly???? Hello??? Are you aware you're fucking amazing????

AND THEN. another diabolical cut at 3:12 to Klassje RIGHT AT THE MOMENT OF THE SHOT??? the red in her eye and the glass mid-shatter??? the composition of her being upside down which parallels the tonal shift??? and then a quick cut in-time with the music to the end of the tribunal with another off-center angle and the first thing we see is Glen's lifeless eyes – then Titus holding his cap to his chest and Eugene holding his head in his hands – then Kim over the body of Eyes. It's only 5 seconds from 3:12 to 3:17 but it's so dense and precise and emphasises the suddeness of the deaths as the tone changes yet again . It's so good. It's so fucking good!!!!

3:46 - the increasing blur as Will sings "ohhhhhhh" before everything flashes white. I just like it.

The ending being utterly devoid of colour when every frame so far has been coloured gorgeously is such a good choice!! It makes everything dreamlike and pure and otherworldly and peaceful. The frame of Harry with Jean and Kim beside him. The image of Revachol with it's own pleasure wheel. It's heartbreaking and beautiful and sad and gentle all at once. Which applies to the whole animatic honestly. You did a fucking fantastic job. It must have taken a LOT of time and effort and every bit of it shows. Rewatching this for the 4th time after this comment. Gonna send this to my sibling too. they'll be soooo normal about this, I'm sure.
