the only grandfather I've ever known and yet I never rlly got to no him, old & stuck in his ways....too many elephants in the room to name why their love never felt the same....I just wish it was all different

that feeling of yearning for a relationship that's long passed, how do you make amends w ppl more than twice your age that basically banished u?.......I miss being a kid and having my grandparents close, I hate how it happened and I dread losing them knowing I never rlly had them and may never have the chance... Unlike my 20+ cousins that got good close relationships w them still ...it's not fair God , each year I grow colder & my heart never seems to stop aching, for one reason or another

I wasn't tryna take no damn pictures after my dad had just passed.....his birthday coming up now, Jan 26th...he'd be 51

I wish I had a closer relationship w his parents, but they broke my heart long ago way back when
