Day two of taking my new vyvance and I still have a mild headache. Idk if it’s a side effect or just a sinus headache because almost every strong scent today is irritating my allergies (headaches as a result) today as well. But headaches are the reason I stopped taking adderall, they were awfu but these are bearable. Oh and the new meds also appear to make me an even more sensitive crybaby. Just what I needed. But otherwise I think it’s kinda working so I guess I can tolerate some headache and sobbing in exchange for some ADHD symptom relief.

Yall I balked on getting a Theta Delta tattoo. I went to a shop with a friend yesterday and when it was my turn I already had another idea in mind. I REALLY wanted my first idea on my skin. I’ve spent the last month looking forward to it. It was just a silly marvel tattoo but only like one guy at the shop was shakily confident he could “compromise” on what I wanted. I also asked them about getting a realistic spotted pony. Apparently the only dude that can do realism is retiring. Boy do I have shit timing.
So when the first guy asked if there was anything else I wanted a Theta Delta crossed my mind but I let the thought pass because I really don’t want to spend time explaining things to peers in my life… not to mention the entire month of hyping myself up for the Thor tattoo. Idk how 3 comic-accurate simplistic thor hammers with like swirly hurricane clouds and lightning is “Too hard”. All the other guys in my D&D friend group have all kinds of SPOT-ON nerdy tattoos. Why is mine somehow worse? But what do I know I’m not a tattoo artist. I’m not even an artist in general. :/
Going back to the theriotype idea, I’m a small person and one of the artists said realistic detail on such a small scale isn’t doable for tattoos. And welI… shit…. but I NEED a realistic depiction of my theriotype on my forearm! I guess that aint gonna happen if it’ll be imposssible to do it there. I’m still convinced that there’s gotta be someone that can do it. I want folks to see it. I want to see it all the time so on my back or shoulder isn’t where I want it. ;_;
I don’t even think I want the marvel tattoo anymore because at least 3 artists there were like “IDK that seems… HARD.” One person even told me “I could probably draw that but I don’t want to take the time to do it.” Ok well fuck you too? I guess you don’t want to make a sale? Fuck me and my stupid lofty ideas for cool tats I guess. I just rescheduled the appointment but I’m not sure if I want to go back to there, the experience kinda soured me. There are other shops around but IDK if they have better artists that could put a mini horse on my mini forearm. If my ideas are still “too hard” come time for my next appointment I’ll just get a theta delta and attempt to shop elsewhere.
