How to Serve
WinemakingRigorous grape sorting by hand on conveyor belt. Whole bunch gentle yet long pressing. Vinification in stainless steel tank under controlled temperatures. 3-month lees aging and periodical stirring (bâtonnage) in the tank.
Tasting NotePale lemon color. On the nose, aromas of tropical fruits -mostly banana-, honey and honeycomb, followed by notes of orange blossom. Similar flavors on the palate, complemented with moderate acidity, offer a full body with great structure and a lingering finish.
