CHOCOLATE QUINOA CRUNCH BARS 🔥 Vegan, Fat Free & Low Calorie Density!! Ingredients
1 cup quinoa
4 ripe spotty bananas
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp white miso 1. Toast a cup of quinoa till it starts to pop, become golden and fragrant
2. Blended the bananas, cacao, vanilla and miso to make your choc sauce! My go to healthy choc dip btw
3. Mix the quinoa and choc sauce, pop into a lined pan and freeze for at least 2 hours. Slice and enjoy by @broccoli_mum
