Apparently I’m a “baddy”… I forget I am somewhat conventionally attractive… whenever anyone brings up I’m hot, my brain has to buffer for a few seconds before I can accept the compliment lol.

I’ve gotten pretty good at doing my nails, if I can ever figure out how to do eyeliner consistently, I’ll be unstoppable.

Amongst other stuff, my wife got me some nice nail polishes for Christmas, which I’ve been wearing since then.  They appear to have been a hit at the office, getting some fun compliments! 

These led to a discussion about makeup in general, which led to me talking about my attitude towards cosmetics and how it’s changed since beginning my transition.

I always wanted to be a pretty lady growing up, but that never came with the desire to use makeup.  I still don’t have much of a desire, but it’s nice to do a little something here and there, and the time spent on it is very much a form of self care.

No matter who you are, I recommend you give it a go sometime!
