Ohohoho you just asked the right person. I have entire lists of fics in my notes app of several fandoms and all of the fics are organized by angst / fluff, length of fic, + if it made me cry or laugh.
I’m guessing you mean rottmnt fics, so I’ll share my faves, some of these are pretty popular tho so u probably already know of them:
Angst:
- The Neon Void by sugarpastels changed my brain chemistry. Ever since I read it, it’s never left me, and whenever the song Rain comes on, I’m in the sewers surrounded by the light of the city above as neon rain pours down. 10/10 I recommend this fic
- Canary Continuity by qolden. The boys get cursed and Donnie is uh. Hurt. A lot. Cue heavy angst.
- Like Father Like Son by eternalglitch I feel like is a given… I don’t need to explain myself XD
- Skinning the children for a war drum by jumpinginmuddypuddles. It’s a human AU where the boys are put in the system and separated, and Raph finds them. When I tell you I cried.
- B.E.A.S.T. By skylerskyhigh. Huge crossover, with the other iterations learning that the rise boys are extremely powerful war machines with a lot of trauma. Warning: this one is pretty graphic in terms of gore.
- Broken Bonds - Shattered_ontheInside. After a misunderstanding, Leo leaves New York for years. This has bad sibling Raph in it, and a lot of familial conflict, but the end is so worth it! (And honestly imma just say: Shattered_ontheInside has SO MANY GOOD FICS AND I SUGGEST HER IN GENERAL she’s known as @/shaotie here on tumblr)
- Firefight - remrose. The disaster twins were stuck in the PD for a week, after they get back cue codependency and trauma. This fic has stayed with me for so long, I have so many quotes saved from it. Felt like I myself was going through therapy when they were.
General:
- Starblind - weirdncrazy. OH. MY. GOD. This fic. This is a very long fic. Leo is blind, but he can see mystic aura of other people. This is a leosagi fic btw. The world building in this is crazy. The slow burn is even crazier. Reading this fic, it’s like you just watched three seasons worth of a tv show because there’s SEVERAL PARTS WHERE UR LIKE “dang this feels like the climax!” And you’re only halfway through and there are in fact three more climaxes. I SUGGEST THIS FIC, 10/10
- ‘Misinformed’, ‘worth it’, ‘a beloved universal constant’, and ‘better the devil you know’ all by mad_and_thick_as_thieves. (Honestly, I rec anything by them) These are oneshots part of a series, I suggest reading them in that order. It’s where Donnie and Leo are VERY protective of each other and stand up to their opponents/bullies. Watching Donnie pick up a metal table and slam it across the head of a big bull yokai is very amusing. These make me laugh every time I read them honestly.
Okay onto fluff/funnies/maybe hurt comfort:
- Nefarious issue number two - bobtheacorn. Don convinces April to let him take her to prom, cue chaos. (This is platonic to me but could probably be read as romantic if u want. I personally dont) This one makes me laugh a lot, I absolutely love it. I love seeing Donnie being his dramatic self, dancing and fashion being his jam :)
- safe haven - poppyseed20. Carol (April’s mom)meets Leo :3
- hairless planned schemes of a ninja turtle teen - mad_and_thick_as_thieves (Leo shows Casey what a sugar rush is)
- a change of perspective - mad_and_thick_as_thieves (The twins swap bodies)
- Chomp (Or Three Times Donnie Bit Someone Accidentally, and One Time He Did it on Purpose) - dunk_on_em (the_author_at_221B)
- Minor malfunction - dunk_on_em (the_author_at_221B) (Don is sick, Raph forces him to sleep)

Hello! this is my OSNT au masterpost where i shall organize my chaos! to anyone who is just finding this, ill give u a little overveiw of the universe ive created:
Leonardo is supposed to be dead. the rest of his family is dead. His brothers, his father, his sister... He failed over and over and they were the ones who paid for it. so he did the right thing, sending Casey back to that dreaded day to stop the Kraang invasion with leo staying behind to be sure his kid got through. and to maybe finally find some sort of peace away from the broken world he created.
But Leonardo is not dead. He wakes up in the hidden city of all places, untouched by the kraang and full of life he never thought he'd have the chance to see again. and on top of that, he happens to stumble across four small turtle mutants. And maybe hes just finally lost it, but hes preeetty sure he somehow transported himself to an alternate reality of his world where some things are the same while others a vastly different. This is what happens when you listen to enough of Donnie's theoretical monologues, you start to think up some crazy conclusions.

I cannot believe there's absolutely no way to watch free shows and movies anymore, there are too many paid streaming platforms and pirating websites have viruses and ads preventing you from watching it uninterrupted((.)) id rather follow the rules and purchase media moving forward because it is too inconvenient. Seriously, free and no ads or viruses with 1080p streaming is DEAD.
Exactly! It's freaking annoying when I want to watch movies but I would have to subscribe to like 24 different services . Just to watch the shows that I like.
Oh and wouldn’t it be nice for cartoons? Just anything animated. I just wanna stream things without getting conned. Must I be cartoonless forever?
i like using streaming apps but there are waaaay too many and they're all stealing my data .i wish there was a secure and organized way to have millions of shows and movies available one one app. but alas. we've truly gone full circle back to cable + now it spies on you. its a real shame. i dont want to fill my device storage with tons of boring and stupid cash grabs.
Half of those services don't even work well. Oh you paused a little too long so we're exiting to the place where we can show more ads. I've even had some that made me search for the show every time because it wouldn't save it. It's like, that's the only reason you're sometimes more convenient and you're still fucking it up! But yeah the catalogs are way too spread out.
