Applying rev 4452 to trunk.

Bug fix in check of allowed file extensions.

No longer restore PHP session via session-id passing in url as it is insecure. (Partly reverting rev 3179.)

Searching for duplicate upload file names and file locations should be separate.
(A third one can have the same location as the second one)
