Pros: It's a very convenient platform once you get used to it, prices are better than most, if not all others, and they are working hard to constantly improve it.
They added a feature where you can top up the exact amount you want, and don't have to choose between - $25, $50, $100, and so on.
This keeps you from always having "change" on their platform (so always slightly overpaying).

Cons: They still have a ton of spammy websites there that you have to filter through. Their filters helps a great deal, but still, there are a lot of websites with fake metrics on ahrefs, a lot of "author page scams", and more.
If they got rid of all those rubbish websites, it would have been the perfect marketplace for backlinks.
Also, the fact you can't send a message to a publisher if you haven't bought the link yet can be annoying sometimes, because many publishers post websites they don't really have any access to - so sometimes they just waste your precious time.
Also, my experience with support has been quite bad, they're not too helpful.
