Pros: Stay away. Used for 11 years, now sold and claim you don't have support but happily take your money and refuse to provide help.
Cons: Used for 11 years, now sold and claim you don't have support but happily take your money and refuse to provide help.
Overall: AWFUL ZERO STARS. They take your money for backup and support but when you have a problem they first claim you don't have support. When you provide proof they refused to help you unless you go with the new monthly support plan although they have already charged you for the yearly support and back up plan.

Pros: Like their program but ever since they 09stopped providing telephone and remote help I would not recommend them. You now have to submit a chit and wait for an online response. Very difficult to resolve software issues under these conditions.

You must now submit a chat, link it to a their TeamViewer and wait for a response. Have tried 5 times in the last 4 months and only received a partial response. Said they would get back to me shortly. Waited 4 hours without any further contact.Overall: The last 4 months without support has been daunting. Though I paid an annual fee , I feel I am not getting value for money.
