Pros: Stephanies depth of knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner made the training process incredibly smooth and enjoyable.
Cons: In person training for me is alway best however I have no cons to share
Overall: I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation and provide a glowing review of the onboard training I recently received from Stephanie at Cumulus. Her expertise and guidance throughout the POS and Back Office training have been nothing short of exceptional.

Pros: Jared and crew did a great job with our store transition to Celerant! Training went very well and all questions/issues were resolved quickly. After using Quick Books POS for many years, we have found Celerant be much easier to navigate with the firearms industry. It's hard to give a 5 star review in general, but this company earned it. Thanks to all of you!
Cons: A little more in depth training for layaways. Didn't take us long to figure it out. Could have called Jared but we took on the challenge ourselves.
Overall: Experience was wonderful! Scheduled live training is what I needed since computers aren't really my forte.

Pros: Jared and Kim are two of the best implementation professionals that I have ever worked with. He makes understanding everything easy and is always there when I have questions or issues.
Cons: There are a few categories I would like to go a little deeper in classification.
Overall: Fantastic, having this product has made my daily operations more smooth and streamlined. Great reporting and tracking with ease of operation.

Pros: Quinn has gone above and beyond for our transition into a new system. Not only has he been thorough, but went back over things we needed more work on as the transition took place. Not only would I recommend him, I would consider this the easiest POS transitions I've ever been through.
Cons: I wouldn't say any bad things about the system so far, nor the quality of service. I would like to see a slight easier setup for the back office applications showing where things are located and what they do.
Overall: I have had to start from scratch when it comes to Celerant, and I must admit, it has been a large change from what we have now. We still have a long way to go, and until all the applications of the system are used on a daily basis, I will need to continue to ask for Celerant support, for which Im not worried about getting. Every employee, Quinn being the one of the best, has gone above and beyond to make this transition easy and set up correctly.

Pros: Stephanie has been amazing throughout the rollout process. With any new software l, there are always issues, but her responsiveness and schedule flexibility has made the process very clean.
Cons: Everything was smooth, no issues at all. The whole team made everything easy.
Overall: Overall the integration process has been seamless. Having a full time job and opening a business has been challenging, but the team made the process easy.

Pros: Ease of use of both the backend interface as well as the POS side. This was an extremely smooth process getting everything setup from our end. Everything worked as it should on the go live date. Training was simple and easy to follow. Stephanie our train did great and quickly answered any questions we had very promptly. They don't set you up and leave you out to dry when the project is completed.
Cons: the only con is that we didn't do this sooner than we did.
Overall: If you're thinking about making a switch and going with pos and web integration, stop thinking, just do it. It will be well worth it.

Pros: We use this point of sale for 3 years now in our store and it has been easy to use and the training was straight forward too.
Cons: The software is pretty comprehensive which is a positive, but with that comes a lot of features that you need to learn if you want to use all of them in your store.
Overall: I would recommend Celerant to other retailers. We even launch a website and its integrated with our store. WE are also considering adding on a mobile shopping app next.

"Worst Decision Ever!" Posted 2022-12-19
Pros: Package offered was very intriguing... a lot of options that many other companies charge extra for included in the package at no extra charge ... until what you really need is not there and then it is an add on that costs a lot more than what you were expecting.
Cons: Daily problems, slow response if ever... problems piled up day after day with no results. Promises of options that will work or they can get the programmers to include, but fail to tell you that you have to pay extra to get them to include it. Servers are constantly slowing down or needing to be re-set to clear memory. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!
Overall: The people are nice. The problems began about 2-3 weeks in when nothing was ready, they claimed they were short on people... it only continued to get worse. Server went down on day one, which we were told never happens! Server continued to go down or needed to be taken down 2-3 times a month. Employees were frustrated, I feared what would happen next on a daily basis. I was warned before making the choice, but the prices were great for what they were offering so I took a chance... now I am licking myself for not listening. I would never recommend this company again. I only feel bad for the few employees that seem to care, the rest...
