'Love Bullet' birthday illustrations by Inee

ohhhhh my god wait pause I just noticed smth with all of these op have you seen the official art with the height chart? it has bullet holes next to each character and since koharu's bullet hole was near her abdomen close to where she was impaled it's been theorized that the other bullet holes represent where the injuries that killed the other cupid happened and I just noticed smth with these illustrations! they match the injuries.. koharu's art has the sakura branches crossing over her stomach and top of her head. that's where she was struck during the accident chiyo has two arrows with her in her art; in the height chart there's two bullets (one on either side of her near her shoulders) ena has someone with an arm thrown around her neck. that's where her bullet hole is and kanna's was next to her eye where the feather covers hers ALSO!! this is just me purely theorizing as well but the artworks also makes me feel like they hint to HOW they died as well/other aspects like chiyo has a bow. the outfit looks like the traditional cupid we saw in chapter 0.... and that cupid? suspiciously looks like chiyo too I've seen the full piece of ena's and it feels like the cupid behind her might've been responsible for her death. like maybe they were the “classmate” left behind. since we haven't heard or seen said classmate yet either... and they were wearing a jacket in the second part ena's piece I feel like smth def happened that that cupid was responsible for kanna's tho. I have nothing on it.. other than the feather placement but what stands out to me in an almost uncomfortable degree is that her eye is GREEN. GREEN! not red! I went to inee's twitter to see if I could find anything on that and there's only one other reference to green eyes: https://x.com/inee/status/1903749094205751544/photo/1 it's a bit hard to notice the green eyes bc it's covered by the 'can't see' sign so ig that's going to be revealed later in the story but! the fact kanna's eyes were green in that art definitely implies some sort of connection to whatever that's gonna be but anyways back to what I was theorizing about: the deaths and stuff! I think chiyo is a very old cupid. I think she was killed by being shot (maybe in the back?) by a bow in arrow twice. it would explain her combat and experience expertise and why she spends her karma so carelessly I think ena was killed by a cupid disguised as a human who led her into the landslide. I think she either broke her neck in the landslide or maybe the cupid directly killed her. depends on how symbolic the “arm thrown around neck” bit is in the art kanna's is... I don't know okay so turns out tumblr has a tag limit so I can't put the rest of my thoughts in here sadly SOBS sorry op good luck

I got a physical copy of love bullet today :] I was looking at the tiny manga section in my college campus bookstore and about screamed when I saw a single copy sitting in the corner of the bottom shelf

there was also the first two volumes of tgswiiwagaa but they were a little ‘spensive, so I plan to come back for them once I get my first paycheck for this semester
