just in case everyone has forgotten, not being a fucking asshole is one of the few things in our society that is still completely free!!

it costs zero dollars to be nice and yet SOME people wanna go out of their way to call people ugly or stupid or whatever else for no reason other than that 5 second dopamine rush of feeling like ur better than someone else.

like seriously, stop for just a fucking second and tell someone that you like their jacket, or their jewelry, or just smile while making small talk ffs it does wonders for seeing the value of not just the people around you but also yourself in your ability to say something kind
