Dear Customer,
Fourth will be performing planned maintenance that will impact the availability of the Fourth HR Gateway.
Maintenance Date/Time: Wednesday Feb 18, 2026 09:00 - 10:30 UTC
Customers using the Fourth HR Gateway for integrations into Fourth from Workforce Management third-party HR and payroll, should expect the following service impact:
- HR Gateway API will be inaccessible for the duration of the maintenance. Please refrain from calling this API as any requests will return errors.
- Any scheduled updates and integrations from e.g. Prism / Workday will not be processed during the downtime and will need to be re-run after the maintenance is completed.
No action should be required from you before the maintenance window.
After the migration is complete, please re-run any failed or missed integration jobs that were scheduled during the outage period.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to improve the reliability and performance of our services.

- The T&A API will not be in use. If T&A data is sent via FTP during the maintenance window, this will need to be reset once the maintenance has been completed.
- Submission of T&A data through Synel (for North American customers) may be unavailable during these maintenance windows. Submissions will automatically resumed post maintenance without any customer involvement.
- The HR, BI and Additional payments (tips) API will not be in use. Please do not send this data during the maintenance window.
- The FTP service for Sales imports will not be in use during the downtime window. Please ensure any sales import data is sent after the maintenance window.
- Scheduled automated BI export jobs that run during the maintenance window will be rescheduled to after window.
