Snowtopia on Mac Silicon resolved!!!

Well, I figured out how to fix the problem with Snowtopia not launching on Mac Silicon (with the menu only working on Exit)!

In fact, you have to force the use of Rosetta 2 (which allows Intel applications to be emulated on Silicon) to launch the game with the following terminal command:

To simplify the launch:

1. Open Automator application (which is pre-installed on your Mac).
   
2. Create a New Document and choose Application type.
   
3. In the actions on the left, choose Run Shell Script and drag it to the right.
   
4. In the Run Shell Script block, replace "cat" with "arch -x86_64 ~/Library/Application\ Support/Steam/steamapps/common/Snowtopia/Snowtopia.app/Contents/MacOS/Snowtopia".
   
5. Name your application “Snowtopia X86” or any other name, then save your application wherever you want.
   
6. All you have to do now is launch your application!

One last little tip: when you read the information about an application and click on its icon (top left), you can copy and paste this icon onto another application, allowing you to paste the original application icon onto the one created with Automator (you can also paste any image of your choice that you like better than the original icon :D ).

And FYI, I've just been playing it for a few hours and it works perfectly (not a single bug, I was surprised)!

PS: I created the image just to show that it works on my Mac Studio M4. If you switch to windowed mode, as in this case, it disables the interface, so you must remain in full-screen mode.
