I just finished all cases in the game but some vehicles are still locked

^ Title. Vehicles like mad cop and courier van are still locked despite me finishing all of the cases in the game.

EDIT: If you are wondering why tf I finished the whole game, I truly cannot answer that question. I payed 0.69 cents for this game, but I felt like I needed to get my moneys worth. So after 18 hours of this nightmare here we are.

Nevermind. The Madcop car gets unlocked after collecting all hidden car parts and completing the final mission. While the courier van gets unlocked after the tutorial is completed.

thanks now i know how ti get the van , have found all mad cop parts just waiting for it to start

you can unlock the MadCop very early in the game (although Kart is mandatory for one of the car parts located on a bridge pillar), After finishing "Hotte's New Toy" you unlock "A Speed Demon" finishing that unlocks the Grandsport (Police) this car is fast enough to get all the car parts, but you need to unlock the Kart for one of the parts I mentioned above. I did testing myself and I can say it can be done 100%.
