18+ games of these caliber may be very hard to find, since the EtiruE type games mostly excel as a softcore game. I'm sure there are games out there, but you'd really have to dig deep. I know I tried.

Yeah, a lot of them are either the RPG maker low effort games with the art of the ladies to the side or the games are full on action. There are few games that meet that in between mark like EtiruE
