Popping in really quick to give a quick update!

Most of you know I'm very candid. And even now, releases still rattle my nerves. I've gone over my to-do list several times, all items marked "Done". Anyways, I'm currently getting things ready to test. That does mean that I'll be pushing Book 2 to Sept 1st, next Monday, while I test this build before release. Everything has been finalized on Steam's end. It's just a matter of addressing any last minute issues caught between now and next Monday, Sept 1st.

Additionally, you guys will see Book One getting an update either tomorrow or Monday. This is in preparation for the DLC. Book One was built on Ren'Py ver 7.-somethin'. The codebase has since been updated to 8.1.3 to take advantage of some features.

From what I've seen, this hasn't broken any saves. But Ren'Py is finnicky and is probably the most common issue when it comes to Ren'Py based games. So, I apologize in advance if that happens.

Hey everyone!

Popping in real quick to update everyone on Book Two's status. A couple weeks ago I overcame one of the hurdles with a scene. I've been easing Blender into my workflow. Blender is a lot more complex than DAZ. DAZ let's you get away with a lot, but Blender requires a steeper learning curve to dial things in right. But glad to say progress has been made cleaning things up. When I got done with Chapter 6, I wasn't satisfied with how the quality came out. But I told myself to just release it and can go back to fix it.

Paige's skin and hair textures were difficult to fix.

After working on it, I've gotten to a point where there's improvement. Her hair is better and the skin looks less dulled out.

I've put things aside since a couple weeks ago to shift focus back to CH7 as I don't want to fall behind. This week, I've shifted gears back to getting things back on track with Steam's Book Two early access. The animations are currently re-rendering with other fixes. I need to do a few adjustments, but with the Blender fixes resolved, B2 on track to release in August. I don't have an exact date yet. With some of the implementations of the code and adding the fixed renders/animations. I just want to make sure this release is smooth as possible. This means testing as much as possible, so I'm estimating the week of the August 25th, next month. This will give me more than enough time to cross the t's and dot the i's.

Hey everyone!

Wanted to chime in really quick and inform everyone that the store page for Book Two was finally approved. I'm working on getting it to show up on the main page for Artemis Book One. In the meantime, here is a link to the page

I've got two major hurdles which is correcting one of the scenes and re-animating a few of the lewd scenes but also need to correct those textures before re-rendering. This was due to me working in Blender and trying it out. I love it and opens many doors for grander scenes and better animations. But obviously slight growing pains. Fortunately, it's just a matter of tweaking textures. The technical part of using Blender isn't bad at all and I've grasped it pretty well. There are a couple previews of the animations done in Blender you can see on Book Two's DLC page.
