Game tells me I need to assign someone to the laboratory. I click a person. There's a blank box showing what they're assigned to do (nothing). I click that box, nothing happens. I click on the building, there doesn't seem to be any obvious UI element that picks a citizen to do the job. The tutorial assumes I already know how to do this stuff, and tells me nothing about HOW to do the things it wants me to do.
