Abandoned?

Looking at the SteamDB for this game, I don't see any patches since 2023 or than a re-bundle to sell on another site despite tons of reviews talking about progress not saving.

I also see other people asking about the bug and no one even answers. Gunna guess this game is buggy and won't be fixed?

I hesitate to say abandoned and more think finished. Personally, I have not encountered the save, bug and I have completed all the journeys but the original Oregon Trail and Oregon or Bust (the hard mode).

But yeah, I do not see this game being in active development anymore. I do not think the game/DLC sold as much as they were expecting and it probably did not stack up well against their mobile titles.
