When will Gameforge stop servicing Tera?
* New TERA account registrations and the ability to purchase Tera Thalers will be deactivated on 31st May 2022.
* TERA Club purchases will also be deactivated on 31st May 2022.
* All TERA servers will be deactivated on 30th June 2022 at 10:00 AM CEST.

Why is Tera shutting down? * After careful deliberations, the developers of TERA (Bluehole) have unfortunately taken the difficult decision to end development of the game, as they feel that they are no longer able to provide the satisfying content that TERA players deserve. Instead they would like to focus their internal development efforts on other projects.
* Gameforge has happily hosted a great community in TERA for almost 10 years now, and would have happily served players even longer, but without the support of the developers this is not feasible.

Will there be any kind of migration options for players? What will happen to our accounts, currency and progress? * As TERA will be shut down globally on PC, no migration options exists. Your TERA Thalers can still be spent until the servers shut down.

Will there be any refunds for purchased/remaining currency or TERA Club? * No, there will be no refunds for purchases that have already been made, but players are able to spend their remaining TERA Thalers in the shop until the servers are shut down.
* For TERA Club members that have a long-term membership running beyond 30th June 2022, please contact our Payment Support team after the shutdown for a partial refund .

What about my Gameforge account? * You will still be able to use your Gameforge account to play other Gameforge games such as NosTale or Swords of Legends Online, even after the TERA servers shut down on 30th June 2022.

What will happen to the forum and the TERA Social Media channels? * All TERA channels, including the website, forum and all social media pages, will close shortly after the service has been shut down.

Hello TERA players,

Unfortunately, we come bearing bad news: TERA’s developers, Bluehole, have decided to cease work on TERA. After much consideration, the team in South Korea have come to the conclusion that they are no longer able to offer you the exciting and satisfying content you deserve. As the last remaining publisher of TERA, it is with a heavy heart that we must respect Bluehole’s decision, and will also have to shut down the game. The TERA servers will be switched off at 10 AM CEST (4 AM EDT) on 30th June 2022. Until then, we’ll be running some permanent events, in the hope that you’ll at least be able to enjoy these final months in Arborea.

After nearly 10 long years, the TERA legend must sadly come to an end. Together we’ve braved so many of Arborea’s perils, fought valiantly against the argons, made many new friends and gone on countless adventures. We would like to thank you for your loyalty, for accompanying us on this long journey, and for being such an amazing community!

Who’s that hiding in the bushes? It’s the Easter bunny, and he has masses of eggs in tow for all our adventurers. Open the eggs and, with a little luck, you’ll get exclusive Darkan’s Pink Wings, awesome mounts like the Mighty Kami and the Almighty Flying Saucer, tiny UFO pets, or an Interstellar Invader outfit!

The best thing is: you get to decide how far to push the envelope and when you want to open the eggs to receive your reward. Simply use the runestones from the Vanguard Initiative merchants to combine multiple eggs of the same level into an Easter gift. You can see how in the item overview. Now it’s also possible to skip multiple levels in one go when upgrading the eggs, getting you to the high quality eggs even faster.

In tune with our event, you’ll find the Easter Bunny’s Runestone in the TERA Shop, as well as the Lustrous Easter Nest.

• Collect Easter Eggs in all group dungeons from level 65.
  
• Upgrade your eggs as far as you want
  
• Transform them into Easter gifts using runestones from Vanguard Initiative merchants
  
• Use the Easter Bunny Tokens from the Easter gifts to pick out even better rewards—such as exclusive Darkan’s Pink Wings, awesome mounts like the Mighty Kami or the Almighty Flying Saucer, tiny UFO pets, or an Interstellar Invader outfit!

• Available in all group dungeons from level 65 and the Lustrous Easter Nest
  
• The Easter Egg I is the lowest level. This can be earned as group loot in dungeons, so everyone involved can get an egg. The chance of looting eggs varies according to the adventure coin costs of a dungeon. You can also obtain Easter Eggs I simply by purchasing the Lustrous Easter Nest in the TERA Shop.
  
• By right-clicking you can attempt to upgrade your Easter Egg to an improved version. The higher the egg’s level, the better! Upgrading an egg will increase its level, but on failure its level may drop or the egg may crack into Broken Eggshells. It is even possible for levels to be skipped when upgrading. If the egg breaks, you can reform a certain number of eggshells back into an Easter Egg I.

• Right-click on the eggs to upgrade them. From level III you can combine multiple eggs into an Easter gift using an Easter Runestone of the same level. Inside you’ll find your reward.

• Available from Vanguard Initiative merchants
  
• These runestones combine various numbers of Easter eggs of the same level into an Easter gift containing your rewards. Depending on the level of runestone, you’ll receive either a Small Easter Gift, a Pretty Easter Gift or a Magnificent Easter Gift.

• The Easter Bunny’s Runestone has the special power to transform 10 Magnificent Easter Gifts into a Mysterious Easter Treasure. This contains:

What’s the TERA Pass All About?
By completing various pass quests, you earn points and increase your pass rank – over the course of 8 weeks you can earn rewards all the way to level 60.

Who Can Participate?Anyone can play pass quests and get items. But you’ll get additional rewards if you pick up a TERA Pass: Registration Certificate from the TERA Shop.

There are some spectacular prizes in store again in this event: Collect the Fire Demon’s Tomes, combine the letters from them, and rake in your rewards—for example, the Dragonclaw Cape, the Sanguine Fog Wreath [Powerful], and the new Wilderness Skill: Ancient Mighty Kami!

The event is playable until 3rd May 2022 (10 AM CEST, 4 AM EDT).

• You receive 1x Veteran Fire Demon’s Tome for free every day in the TERA Shop. You can also purchase more tomes there.
  
• Right click the tome to open it and fine out which one of 18 possible letters between A and R it contains.
  
• Find Darkan and his minions in Highwatch to collect more runestones to exchange. Later on you might also get some special rewards from his minions in exchange for various tokens.
  
• Seize this opportunity to loot the Veteran Fire Demon’s Tome in item level 516 dungeons.
  
• You’ll also receive the Veteran Fire Demon’s Tome every Saturday and Sunday during the event for 2 and 4 hours of time spent online!

If you combine a runestone with the specified letters, you will receive all of this stone’s rewards, as listed below.

They often contain tokens, and you can exchange them for valuable items. The Token: Fire Demon’s Power can be exchanged for high-end Frost Flower gear. Swap the Token: Fire Demon’s Rune for some permanent etchings. You can get valuable legendary crystals for Batu Medals, while the Token: Fire Demon’s Strength can be transformed into ancient mighty flying mounts of your choice!
