At the moment, any DLC that worked in Classic will work in Unity. Newer content will not necessarily work in Classic.

You can purchase the Unity/Classic bundle to upgrade at a pretty significant discount. Once you've purchased the new license, all of the DLC that you've purchased through Steam or the Fantasy Grounds site can be downloaded by running an update on the Unity version, at no additional cost to you. If you have any modules - including campaigns - that you've purchased from a third party or created manually, you'll need to add them to the appropriate folders in the Unity version of the program. Most of these should update to the new version automatically (even if they won't take advantage of the new features that Unity provides you with), but there are some things that won't transfer over and will need to be rebuilt (custom races for Pathfinder 2e, for example, due to a change to how they were handled after Unity was released).

That is correct. There should be a 50% discount to upgrade to Fantasy Grounds Unity. The DLC for FG Classic is marked as shared between both applications, so you won't need to rebuy any of those.
