First introduced in the late 1940s as part of Ford’s F-Series lineup, it has gone on to achieve decades-long success. As America’s best-selling vehicle since 1981, the F-150 has built a reputation as a vehicle that can handle almost anything, from demanding work duties to long-distance travel and off-road adventures.
Over the years, the F-150 has grown and changed alongside its drivers. What started as a classic V8-powered workhorse has evolved into a lineup that now includes modern powertrains, improved efficiency, and performance-focused variants, all while staying true to its roots. This ability to adapt is a big reason why the F-150 remains America’s most popular pickup truck, equally at home as a family vehicle, a dependable tool for work, or an off-road companion for those who like to venture a little further off the beaten path.

Our team is hard at work bringing the 2023 Ford F-150 Lariat to life in American Truck Simulator. The goal is to capture the true character of this modern pickup, from its bold proportions and instantly recognizable exterior to an interior that’s being carefully crafted with details.

Please note: the Ford F-150 Lariat is still a work in progress. While both the exterior and interior models are actively being refined, some technical decisions are still being finalised. In particular, we are continuing to evaluate which engine configurations will best represent the truck in-game, ensuring that its performance, handling, and overall driving feel align with expectations for a modern full-size pickup.
We’re incredibly thankful to Ford for their trust and collaboration. Their support has allowed us to faithfully recreate some of their most iconic vehicles, including the F-150 in American Truck Simulator, and we’re proud to have them as part of this exciting new journey.
2025 has been a truly momentous year for us. Both Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator have been receiving a wide range of updates and new content, including new map expansions, multiple game updates, completed and announced rework projects, the release of the Driving Academy module, Truck Driving Proficiency, and many other additions.

You’ll also pass by the Bloomington Farm Insurance headquarters, a prominent feature on the city skyline. Our team paid close attention to the architecture and surrounding streets to ensure that it feels recognizable and grounded in its real-world counterpart, helping to bring Bloomington’s business district to life.
