Build v0.2.3 is now live. This update fixes a performance related bug where long play sessions would cause big lag spikes happening when spending metal and when defeating enemy ships.

Build v0.2.2 is now live.

• Windows builds are now 64-bit. Hopefully this stops crashes related to video card drivers being unable to allocate memory,

• Refactor card now has a System type,

• Blind Execution card is now a Glitch, and has a <Stuck> label,

• Card label text now has a black outline,

• Stuck cards have updated tooltips,

• Cards generated by the Quantum Flux Drone now have a <Temp> label,

• The sector clear music now keeps playing if you visit a shop after defeating a command ship,

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed soft lock caused by race condition with goblin drones intercepting missiles,

• Augments button can no longer be clicked an unlimited number of times when using ultra-wide resolutions in combat,

• Sector 4 Conglomerate command ships no longer give 0 metal salvage,

• Minor end game text typo fix

v0.2.1 is now live.

• Runs that end in defeat will now show the remaining health of the enemy ship in the run summary (new runs only)

• Fixed typo on Defensive Cannon Augment

• Fixed spelling error and missing space on Inflammation Enhancer Augment

Balance tweaks:

• Removed the Advanced Tactical Cruiser from Pirate Sector 4 because it over-uses the Anchorite Executioner's "Blind Execution" mechanic

• Anchorite Arbalest and Warden fights will now show up only once per sector (Previously it was possible to face up to 4(!) Arbalest fights in Sector 5)

• Sector 5 Anchorite Punitor and Invictus are now a little stronger

We're very happy to announce that we have released Early Access build v0.2.0. Here are the changes.

• The Durlak faction has been added to Sector 2 & 3 - demo players will recognise their old friends, though the content has been significantly reworked and improved from the demo

• Pirates can now occur in Sector 1

• 10 new enemies to fight

• 6 new common augments

• One new major augment

• 4 new cards

• One new sky and colour palette - will combine with existing systems to provide many new backgrounds in combat

• An alert sound now plays on the map when encountering enemy ships in nebulas

• Renamed Reactor Turret to Reactor Cannon

• Added the shield count to the tooltip on Data Driven Shields

• Regression fix: card windows correctly show colour of enemy cards again

• Fix card tooltips where counts would still be part of the tooltip outside of combat

• Re-enable reflection probes in combat scenes, improving lighting on ships

• Reduced Phased Defense+ drop rate

• Prepare to Take Fire+ is now 2 temporary and 1 stable shield

• Replaced Defensive Turret equipment cards with Defensive Cannon augment

• Increased Vulcan Scout's hull strength

• Toned down Anchorite Warden fights

• Tweaked Anchorite Executioner stats for sector 2 and sector 3

We've updated the build with another set of reliability fixes:

• Prevent bugs related to double-clicks on map nodes,

• Fix rare soft-lock in Beekeeper fight,

• Drones now wait to finish any pending attacks before dying,

• Improved logging, which will hopefully make our lives easier in the future,

• Added a number of speculative fixes to prevent zombie Peregrine bugs where the player gets negative health and cannot die

• Autosaves now use binary serialization instead of json; hopefully helps with auto-save lag later in game
