Stellar Blade is a must-have masterpiece created by SHIFT UP Corporation. It delivers a unique and captivating story, some of the best game optimization I have ever experienced, breathtaking visual design, and stunning graphics. From the fluid and satisfying combat system to the perfectly fitting soundtrack, every element of the game feels carefully crafted. The narrative is beautiful, emotional, and memorable, tying everything together in a way that truly elevates the experience.

Ever since Stellar Blade was first revealed on PS5, I have never wanted to play another game as much as this one. My anticipation only grew over time, and when it finally released on PC, my desire to experience it became even stronger. Despite appearing relatively small or short at first glance, the game offers an impressive amount of content. There is always something to do, explore, or improve, and it easily keeps you playing for hours without feeling repetitive or rushed.

It’s not just the modding scene that makes Stellar Blade special. It’s the game’s overall charm. The atmosphere, the characters, the world, and the gameplay loop all work together to pull you in and keep you invested. Once you start playing, it becomes genuinely hard to put down. The game encourages you to keep going, pushing forward, and uncovering more of what it has to offer.

As someone who waited a very long time for this game, I can confidently say that I absolutely recommend Stellar Blade. It is a pure “having-a-blast” experience and one of those rare games that fully lives up to the hype.

the combat mechanics are some of the best ive played i years.

Visually appealing most of the time, although too boss heavy near end game.
If your used to Elden Ring combat (or other souls like games); this is not anything like that.
Recommend if on Sale for more than ~30% (less than $40)

This game is most similar to Nier:Automata (or most other hack/slash games with technical gameplay).
The outfits suffice and add nice customizability to the character (only hair and outfit are customizable, not as detailed as Code Vein), most scenery is a nice touch (although not as subjectively breathtaking as Elden Ring).

General game play is 'alight/ok' and unique as the class/genre of game goes, although shows flaws during intensive battles; enemy timing is inconsistent with attack/hit motion (Plays closer to a rhythm game than souls like). 90% of the campaign is delightful, scenic and has mild to moderate combat difficulty (on normal mode) until you get to the end mission.

During of which, you'll have 5+ boss battles back on back (heavily recommend you have explored and upgraded as there's multiple invisible walls preventing to do so later on). The remaining end game battles are BRUTAL compared to most of the game and is not alleviated as there's little pause between them.

Story most likely isn't going to 'wow' you nor surprise you (unless not experiencing other stories/experiences similar to Nier:Automata or The Matrix).

It's a Nier Automata wanna be but being half the game at double de price.
The game overall was entertaining but it doesnt justify the 70$ price.

Honestly, this is just a really fun game. It plays great, looks and sounds amazing and runs really well.

It’s not perfect and there are a bit of growing pains here and there, but nothing that really hurts the experience. I also don’t get why some people are calling it a Soulslike, it’s definitely not. Don’t go in expecting that kind of game, it’s way more of a hack and slash, like God of War or NieR.

All that said, I’d definitely recommend it if it looks like your kind of game.
