I'm very sorry about the Portuguese Brazil version issue, that cause player can't play this game on Steam.
It's purely a setting mistake on my side and I have fixed this.
To play the game in Portuguese Brazil, please choose properties on the Steam menu and go to the language tab, choose the language you want there.
