Purchased the supporter adventure pouch but didn't get any kind of confirmation other than the info on my bank statement. Be nice if we got some sort of email confirmation about the purchase.

When you purchased it, did you create a Abrakam ID =/= Your username ? It says it's already taken and I don't want to buy it if it goes on an another account.

When I purchased it it was free and I made an account as soon as it downloaded you can use the same account in various platforms

Unfortunately you cannot do that... I wouldn't see why you would want to though... Having one Faeria account is all you need
